This role will give you the opportunity to undertake good quality work and develop your career within a highly reputable legal practice. We are looking for someone with at least a years' experience in a helpdesk or IT support role, basic understanding of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and familiarity with Windows 10/11 and basic troubleshooting steps.



This is an interesting and challenging role, which requires you to act as the first point of contact for IT support queries via phone, email or ticketing system. You will be expected to provide a variety of troubleshooting services and support to colleagues, including: Microsoft 365 applications, password resets, account access, basic hardware/software issues, installing new equipment, logging and tracking support tickets, new user accounts/devices and software installations, system alerts, etc.



The team in Maidstone consists of 7 colleagues, within a variety of specialisms. You will be reporting into Ian Robertson (IT Operations Manager) and Steve Garbett (Head of Infrastructure and Information Security), but you will also be expected to work with the team at Brachers and the wider Lawfront group, as well as independently, dealing with a range of interesting work.



You will need to have good communication and customer service skills, the ability to follow instruction and work as part of a team, a willingness to learn and develop technical skills and be organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. A years' experience in a similar role or relevant training/qualifications will be an advantage, as well as any exposure to areas of IT mentioned above.
