Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Service Desk - Team of 6
- Logging Faults
- Troubleshooting Customer Issues
- Microsoft / Azure AD Experience
- Would suit a grad / college leaver / customer service background - customer facing
- Mac / Adobe Experience
- Interest in Media
- Prepared to undergo security check (SC Clearance)
- Training - 1 day in 5 weeks, training day for certs
- 25,000 Basic Salary Per Annum (Raises to 26,000 after a successful probation period of 6 months)
