Our business spans leisure, corporate, and membership revenue streams. We're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and are now seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our growing team.


The Role




Based at our Moreton-in-Marsh Head Office, you'll provide IT support across multiple large sites. As a key point of contact for staff, you'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations and resolve IT issues efficiently. Travel to our hotel and spa properties is required, so flexibility is essential.


Key Responsibilities




Provide desktop and user support (hardware & software) across multiple sites Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office applications Create and manage new users in Microsoft 365 Support remote desktop users and respond to helpdesk calls Assist with network patching and desk moves Log, manage, and resolve support tickets via the helpdesk system Support implementation of new hardware and software Collaborate with the IT team on projects and escalations Maintain bedroom technology (Wi-Fi, TVs, in-room systems) Support SIP/VoIP phone systems Provide first-line support for property management systems (PMS) and other hospitality applications

About You




We're looking for someone who is:


Enthusiastic, approachable, and eager to learn Passionate about IT and problem-solving Proactive and adaptable with a "can-do" attitude

Essential Skills & Requirements




Based at our Head Office in Moreton-in-Marsh, with the ability to provide effective IT support across multiple sites Have previous experience in an IT support role Have the ability to communicate effectively and resolve technical issues in a user-focused environment Have experience with desktop hardware/software support Have familiarity with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and basic networking Hold a UK Driving Licence and access to own car (travel required) Hold the relevant Right to Work in the UK, not requiring future sponsorship

Microsoft 365 Admin experience SharePoint knowledge Active Directory user management Helpdesk software familiarity Remote Desktop Services experience Experience supporting hospitality systems

Shift Pattern
