Image Logistics Limited is part of The Image Scotland Group. Established in 1987, we are diverse set of businesses based in Musselburgh, East Lothian.

We are expanding and looking to recruit an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to work as an IT Support Technician.

In this role you will work with current support colleagues to assist our clients, our in-house software development team and other Image Scotland Group employees with their IT needs.

Support will be for a mixture of software, hardware, elements of infrastructure and a broad range of our online services.

Your skillset should include a knowledge of PCs with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office and similar business applications, printers and basic networking equipment.

We also support telecoms, online and offline servers, and a full range of internet services including domain management, DNS, web hosting and online databases. While it will be beneficial if you have a knowledge of online services, specific training will be provided for the systems we use to deliver our specialised range of online services.

The position is based in our office and production centre in Musselburgh. This is easily reached by car, by bus (Lothian service numbers 26, 30, 44, 46 and 48; East Coast Buses service numbers 113 & 124) or train (Musselburgh and Newcraighall railway stations are nearby).

There will be times when you are expected to visit client premises and it is important that you have a 'clean' driving licence for these occasional visits.

Some information relating to the role is detailed below -

Office based. 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday around the core hours of 9am to 5pm. 28 days paid annual leave (24 'free' days and 4 days of customary holidays over the festive period).
