Are you an IT Support professional who enjoys solving problems, helping people and working hands-on with technology? We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our newly formed Campus IT team, created to bring all Faculty IT Support teams together into one cohesive service.

What you'll do
In this varied, people-focused role, you'll be a trusted support technician for staff and students across the University. You'll provide both in-person and remote support for end-user devices; Windows and macOS operating systems; and faculty-specific systems and software.
You'll take ownership of service requests from start to finish - investigating issues, finding solutions and keeping users informed throughout. You'll manage devices across their entire lifecycle, from procurement and configuration to maintenance, repair and secure disposal, ensuring asset records remain accurate and up to date.
You'll also contribute to faculty projects, key University events and wider workstreams, providing specialist support and coordinating tasks with colleagues across the Campus IT team and beyond.
You'll work in line with University policies, procedures and help to establish good practice.
This is a role where you'll directly shape the experience of staff and students - your work will support teaching, research and operational activity across the University.
