LinkAble is a growing and dynamic charity supporting children, young people and adults with a learning disability and autistic people. We run a range of inclusive services including adult day time activities, afterschool clubs, weekend playschemes, and youth groups in Woking. Our aim is to provide meaningful experiences that promote independence, friendship and fun - while giving families a vital break.

We are progressing a digital transformation programme. As we continue to grow and improve our systems, we're seeking a proactive and adaptable

IT Systems and Data Reporting Officer

to support and develop our digital infrastructure and data reporting capabilities. We have appointed an Implementation Lead on a 3 month contract to oversee implementation and now wish to recruit a permanent role to work with them and be in place to manage the ongoing embedding and development, as well as ensuring we can leverage the data to enable effective data driven decision making.

Salary 30,000 pro rata for 3 days, may be additional days in the future. Mainly on-site at our accessible centre in Woking, with some home working. Reviewing applications as they come in.

The Role



This is a multifaceted role, supporting the implementation, development, and maintenance of key digital systems and ensuring high-quality data reporting for internal decision-making and external compliance.

You will support the rollout and day-to-day management of:

Enrolmy

(booking system linked to

Xero

finance)

Breathe HR

(HR and timesheet management)

CPOMS

(incident reporting)

Beacon

(fundraising database)
You will also work closely with our IT Support Provideron cyber security and with the charity's wider team to ensure staff are supported and confident using these systems.

Key Responsibilities



System Administration & Development



Support implementation, configuration, and testing of the Enrolmy booking system Maintain and develop all operational systems, adding new fields or features to support emerging projects and services Ensure smooth integration between platforms (e.g. Enrolmy with Xero and Breathe HR) Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with staff and Onboard 365 Maintain data accuracy, access permissions, and security compliance Establish GDPR and transfer of personal data protocols Provide user support and basic training to non-technical staff Create and maintain clear documentation and user guides

Contract Reporting



Oversee the attendance tracker and KPI reporting spreadsheets Lead on accurate and timely reporting to

Surrey County Council

for our

Short Breaks contract

Maintain the Fundraising income tracker and report on likely end of year income position Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting systems Liaise with internal teams to gather required reporting inputs

Data Analysis



Analyse data across platforms (attendance, HR, finance, fundraising) to identify trends, issues, and opportunities Present clear, actionable insights to Trustees and senior management to support strategic planning and service development
Help develop dashboards or reporting templates to support ongoing monitoring and decision-making

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 18,000.00 per year
