They have an opportunity for an IT Systems Specialist to join their team!

The role of the IT Systems Specialist is to design, build and test IT solutions to meet business needs that are aligned to the agreed IT strategy and reference architecture, and work in conjunction with other IT colleagues and business teams to successfully transition into business and IT operations.

You\'ll contribute to multiple IT and business led projects, and manage and deliver technical work packages, assist the solutions and Architecture lead and IT Manager in developing and maintaining the IT reference architecture to support the delivery of the IT strategy.

What they are looking for:

  • Experience of working in similar roles within other organisations with complex IT services, several hundred users and multiple business critical applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of housing management and related applications - especially Aareon QL, Aareon 1st Touch and DRS
  • Experience of a major technology implementation and an understanding of relational database schemas, application layers, integration, and application delivery methods.
  • Formal qualification in IT such as CITP
  • Experience of working in an ITSM structured environment
  • ITIL 4 Foundation or above
