As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the IT team supporting our four London hotels: 100 Queen's Gate, DoubleTree Victoria, DoubleTree West End and Trafalgar St James
What your day will look like?
As IT Systems & Support Officer, you will be working closely with the Head of IT to ensure that our systems fully support our employees in creating memorable experiences for our guests, playing a key role in supporting the day-to-day IT operations. You'll provide first-line technical support across hotel systems including PMS, POS, Wi-Fi, and digital services; troubleshooting issues with in-room entertainment, mobile key access, and smart room controls, while supporting our operations teams.
Your responsibilities include maintaining software and hardware, monitoring network performance, ensuring GDPR and PCI-DSS compliance, and collaborating with vendors on upgrades and maintenance. Experience in hospitality or customer-facing IT environments is essential, along with knowledge of VoIP, PBX, and IPTV systems. You'll also contribute to IT projects and create user-friendly training materials for hotel staff.
