We are seeking an IT Technical Assistant to join our Service Desk team. Working within our Service Desk providing a professional and friendly customer service experience for users of the IT Services across multiple sites aligned with ITIL 4 Framework. Methodical thinking with the ability to engage others. This will be a hands-on role providing 1st line triage and troubleshooting support to Connexus colleagues working in a multitude of different roles.
You will have experience of:
Working in a fast-paced environment providing colleague support, preferably in a technical helpdesk or customer service environment.
Experience of working in a Microsoft environment including Azure Entra, Office 365 and Active directory
Basic Networking support and troubleshooting
Supporting Windows 11 and Android OS devices and rollout
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including setting up and configuring computers and peripheral devices
Basic Cyber Security and Anti-virus support and management
Some previous experience providing 1st line support
