We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support and expertise to the sales team and customers, playing a vital part in understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring their satisfaction.
This role combines Sales Technical Engineer and Sales Manager responsibilities, providing professional technical support to clients while achieving assigned sales targets.

The ideal candidate shall have minimum 3 years of experience within a IT Technical support / IT Services company environment with experience in implementation and support services.
Responsibilities
The Sales Technical Engineer role involves presenting and demonstrating product technical features to potential clients, persuading them to convert orders while consistently meeting or exceeding assigned quarterly sales targets.
The Sales Manager role is responsible for consistently meeting or exceeding assigned quarterly sales targets.
Partner with the client's IT managers to develop and execute IT strategies aligned with the end-user's business needs.
Provide ongoing technical support and service for the customers ensuring that all enquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions into customer environments.
Technical Skills Requirement
Minimum 3 years of experience
in a network consultancy or IT services environment, with expertise in
implementation and support services

LAN and WAN configuration and diagnostics
, including network services such as DNS, DHCP, NTP as well as Wi-Fi configuration and diagnostics;
Virtual server architecture
, ideally with VMware and virtual desktop architecture, ideally with Citrix XenDesktop;
Security
- Experience with MDM, MFA, Email Filtering, Next Generation firewalls and antivirus solutions;
Windows Server
- Installation and configuration;
Storage
- Maintaining, updating, troubleshooting SAN devices; configuring iSCSI connectivity; managing and troubleshooting clusters;
Remote Desktop Services
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting RDS, RemoteApp and Citrix environments (on-prem and cloud);
- Experience with Windows desktop, application, tablet and mobile device support
Ideal Certifications:
Relevant networking, infrastructure and Microsoft qualifications (CCNA, JNCP, MCSA, VCP)
Citrix Certified Professional (CCP)
VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV)
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
Language Requirements:
Fluent or native English.
Mandarin is preferred.
Working Permit:
A valid work permit for the UK is required.
