It Technical Support Specialist

York, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

Monster Group is seeking a technically minded and solutions-driven IT Technical Support Specialist professional to join our growing team.

This role is at the heart of keeping the business operational - supporting our systems, people, and processes so that everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and securely. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, thinking on your feet and acting quickly to minimise disruption to daily operations.

The ideal person will have a technical mindset and a hands-on approach, equally comfortable troubleshooting hardware as they are debugging code. You'll balance short-term fixes with long-term improvements, explore how AI and automation can enhance both your own and others' work, and bring a logical, methodical approach to solving complex challenges. You'll be able to translate technical detail into clear, accessible explanations for non-technical colleagues - combining the mindset of an engineer and the agility of a first responder.
