Technical Lead - Remote - \xc3\x82\xc2\xa370K - \xc3\x82\xc2\xa395K
This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Lead to join a digital agency with offices across the globe, who design and develop digital solutions for public and private sector and work with high profile clients.
You will be reporting directly to the Head of Software Engineering and will be responsible for leading the development team and defining the vision for the project. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure all technical vision and strategy are aligned.
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop architecture in an agile environment
- Encourage the development team to work collaboratively and share ideas to best fit the project
- Have a hands on approach to coding and ensure the quality of the output meets the desired needs
- Facilitate technical discussions to uncover new insights and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior members of staff to ensure they are learning and progressing
- Demonstrable experience developing full-stack applications in languages like .Net, Node.js, TypeScript or Java
- Extensive experience using multiple technologies to support the architectural design and team like Java, .Net, Node.js, C#, React, Angular, Spring, Kubernetes & Docker and Mobile experience preferable
- Ability to prepare and present technical designs and documentation.
- Experience with design principles and patterns
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
