Permanent, Full Time, Full Year. Based in our Leeds Hub
We are seeking an IT Technician to join our dedicated IT Services Team, supporting schools across the Trust to deliver high-quality, reliable and secure technology services that enhance teaching, learning and administration.
As part of our collaborative central IT team, you'll play a key role in maintaining and developing the Trust's IT infrastructure, ensuring our network, hardware and software operate smoothly across multiple school sites. You'll install, configure and support a range of devices including PCs, laptops and iPads, manage user accounts and software licences, and respond efficiently to support requests via the IT Helpdesk. You'll also be involved in the rollout of new systems, software and devices, including testing and training, while ensuring data protection, information security and health and safety standards are always upheld. This is a varied and hands-on role that offers the opportunity to work closely with staff and students, contribute to exciting Trust-wide projects, and help shape the future of our IT provision.
