The Good IT Company is expanding, and we're looking for a friendly, motivated
IT Support Technician
to support our growing client base. You'll be the first point of contact for technical issues, helping diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network problems while delivering excellent customer service.
You'll have part time flexibility, and we're looking for a regular 2-4 days per week.
What You'll Do
Provide first?line IT support via phone and remote access
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
Log, track and update support requests
Escalate issues when needed, keeping clients informed
Set up user accounts, devices and access permissions
Support software and hardware rollouts
Ensure GDPR compliance and accurate documentation
What We're Looking For
Good knowledge of Windows, macOS and mobile devices
Confident communicator with excellent phone skills
Calm under pressure and strong problem?solver
Highly organised and self?motivated
Fluent English
Full UK driving licence and vehicle access
Nice to Have
Customer service experience in a technical environment
Strong admin skills
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy
