Collaborate with department heads to understand and deliver IT solutions that enhance workflow and productivity. Support the onboarding of new staff by setting up accounts, emails, and access permissions. Liaise with external suppliers and software partners where needed to resolve escalated issues.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in an IT support or technician role (minimum 2 years preferred). Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, networking, and cloud-based systems. Understanding of IT security protocols and data protection best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Strong communication skills, able to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical users. Organised, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. A "can-do" mindset and ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done.

Why Join Us?

Be part of an exciting, fast-growing company with ambitious plans and a vibrant team culture. Work alongside talented professionals who value innovation, collaboration, and progress. Genuine opportunities for growth and development as our IT systems evolve and expand. Modern offices, cutting-edge systems, and the chance to shape how technology powers the future of the business. Competitive salary and benefits package.
