About the Role

We are looking for an IT Support Technician with at least 12 months of hands-on experience in desktop support to join our collaborative and forward-thinking IT team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, and working with a variety of technologies in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware and software issues across the business Respond to service desk tickets and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and IT equipment Support user account management via Active Directory and Office 365 Assist with IT equipment moves, upgrades, and installations Collaborate with the wider IT team to troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed Contribute to IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain accurate records of assets and service desk activity

What You Will Bring

Minimum 12 months' experience

in a desktop support or IT technician role Working knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking (DHCP, IP) Familiarity with Active Directory and Office 365 administration Understanding of ITIL principles and service desk operations Exposure to Windows Server environments and virtualisation (Hyper-V) is a plus Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team
