We are seeking a experienced Italian Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Must Know Italian and English. Must Have Experience. Must know how to make drinks at the bar. Must be able to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills to ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests. This role requires a passion for food & drinks to show excellent organisational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and service. Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service. Train, mentor, and supervise team members to foster a positive work environment and enhance their skills. Develop and implement effective strategies for improving service efficiency and guest satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Skills

Proven experience in Italian restaurant management Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in both service delivery and operational procedures. Experience in supervising staff, fostering teamwork, and enhancing employee performance. Background in serving or barista roles is advantageous, contributing to a well-rounded understanding of restaurant operations. A passion for hospitality with the ability to create memorable dining experiences for guests.
