Overview

We are Jupiter Festival Miami a well funded startup in the B2B

event

space launching a show in Miami in October 2026 (leadership is London based) for the entertainment, media and sports industry. Ideally you will have experience of working for a similar events organizations such as Informa, Clarion, Ascential, Hyve . We are seeking a highly skilled IT/Data/Operations Manager to oversee our IT/Data and operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our operation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in working with applications and data.

Duties

Maintain and manage the acquisition storage and use of data for delegate marketing. Our plans include the purchase of 1 million records. Oversee the applications we will use and ensure the team has what they need including WEB site and registration 9currently using LiveBuzz) Floor plan management tools CRM Event apps Marketing tools Email management Work on our processes and ensure information flows across the organisation Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting. Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders within the organisation.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: 40,000.00-65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London EC1V 9HL
