Title: 360 Recruitment Consultant
Sector: IT / Engineering
Salary: Up to 50k plus OTE 100k
Location: Tunbridge Wells

The Role: As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth and connecting top-tier candidates with leading IT and engineering firms. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities through proactive sales and marketing efforts
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Conducting thorough candidate assessments and interviews
• Matching candidates with suitable job opportunities and managing the recruitment process
• Negotiating contracts and offers with clients and candidates
• Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of client and candidate satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment or sales, with a strong track record of business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge or experience in the IT/Engineering sectors (preferred but not essential)
