Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to clients receiving IV therapy and wellness treatments. Perform cannulation and IV insertions with a high level of precision and expertise. Provide concierge-style service, ensuring clients' needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Educate clients about wellness treatments, including intravenous vitamin infusions. Collaborate with the Medical Director and Medical Administration Team to ensure seamless service delivery and patient care. Maintain accurate medical records and client documentation in line with regulatory standards. Assist with organizing and administering treatments both remotely and within our clinic facilities.

Qualifications and Experience:

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with IV therapy and cannulation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Experience in the wellness industry is an advantage. Ability to work independently, remotely, and on-site as needed. Compassionate and holistic approach to client care. Diligence and strong organizational skills.
