Job Summary


We are seeking an individual with experience with the Telecommunications, Financial and Debt industry

Duties



Client Engagement

: Engage with pre-qualified leads by understanding their individual circumstances and expenditures, building rapport to assess their specific needs.

Debt Assessment

: Conduct fact-finding sessions to gather detailed information on clients' debt levels, income sources, and financial obligations to assess affordability and eligibility for debt solutions.

Customer Journey Support

: Provide ongoing support throughout the customer journey, ensuring that clients are fully informed, comfortable, and satisfied with their chosen debt solution program from start to finish.

Documentation Gathering

: Collect and verify all required client documentation to ensure the accuracy and completeness of their debt solution application.

Consultative Advice

: Offer expert advice and guidance on available debt solution options, tailoring recommendations to suit each client's unique financial situation and needs

Adviser Requirements



Sales Experience

: A minimum of 1 year of outbound business-to-customer sales experience is essential, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Negotiation Skills

: Strong negotiating abilities, with a focus on delivering results while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Communication Skills

: Excellent communication skills, including a confident and professional telephone manner, to engage with clients effectively.

Attention to Detail

: High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, ensuring a smooth process for each client.

Administrative Proficiency

: Computer literate with strong keyboard skills and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.

Self-Motivated

: Proactive, driven, and ambitious with the ability to work independently and meet targets.

Flexible and Adaptable

: A flexible working attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.

Ethical and Customer-Centric

: Demonstrates ethical behavior and a strong commitment to putting the customer's needs first, ensuring they receive the best advice and solutions.

Industry Experience

: Previous experience within the debt industry, including knowledge of IVA's (Individual Voluntary Arrangements) and Debt Management solutions, is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 32,000.00 per year
