IVA Customer Care Officer

Do you have experience working in the insolvency industry? Do you want to join an exciting company who put our customers first? Bennett Jones are looking for a motivated and professional individual to work as an IVA Customer Care Officer.

We are a volume IVA provider dedicated to helping people find solutions to their financial problems. We are fully regulated by the Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA), showing our high standards that we want you to be part of.

You will be looked after by a supportive team who possess decades of experience within the industry. You will receive full training for the role and be supported by your manager and colleagues every step of the way.

About you:

You have experience in a similar role and remain motivated to develop yourself with our support. You want to be part of and work well with an experienced and talented team. You are empathic towards customers, their financial needs and are willing to go the extra mile for them. You are professional, accurate, pay attention to detail and can work well in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing:

Communicating with clients via various means of communication, ensuring that all conversations follow GDPR regulations. Assisting the Creditor Liaison Team as and when required. Managing IVA case modifications accurately. Liaising with the Insolvency Practitioners regarding IVA cases. Any such duties that may be required by the business.

It would be helpful, but not essential if you:

Have experience working in the insolvency industry or financial services background. Have experience dealing with customers via the telephone. Have experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Have a desire to progress within the area of insolvency and debt solutions.
