Do you have experience working in the insolvency industry? Do you want to join an exciting company who put our customers first? Bennett Jones are looking for a motivated and professional individual to work as an IVA Payment Support Officer.

We are a volume IVA provider dedicated to helping people find solutions to their financial problems. We are fully regulated by the Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA), showing our high standards that we want you to be part of.

You will be looked after by a supportive team who possess decades of experience within the industry. You will receive full training for the role and be supported by your manager and colleagues every step of the way.

What you'll be doing as an IVA Payment Support Officer:

Review daily reports concerning arrears and contact clients to discuss payments Process card payments and set up recurring payments Complete ad-hoc income and expenditure reviews if required Discuss any changes to payments required with clients Liaise with other teams regarding case progression Communicating with clients and creditors via phone/SMS/email whilst ensuring all conversations follow GDPR regulations Liaising with the team leader and insolvency practitioner about cases Any such duties that may be required by the business

It would be helpful, but not essential if you:

Have experience working in the insolvency industry Have experience dealing with customers
