?PMO & Business Consultant?Global Banking & IT Projects?
We are hiring a PMO and business consultant to support multiple global initiatives at a Japanese financial institution.
You will contribute to transaction banking PMO support and new system/product rollout across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
Create PowerPoint decks, meeting minutes, and facilitate meetings (English-heavy)
Conduct gap analysis, define requirements, and create UAT/test cases
Support compliance checks, contracts, manuals for new products
Collaborate with US-based development teams and support EMEA rollout
Provide internal training and documentation across multiple projects
Ideal Candidate Profile:
3+ years of consulting or PMO experience
Strong PowerPoint and documentation skills (mandatory)
Fluent English (advanced level); Japanese bilingual preferred for some projects
Experience in banking operations, product development, or requirement definition
Able to bridge business and IT perspectives (not overly technical)
Working Conditions:
Location: Zone 1, Central London
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (35 hrs/week)
Type: Fixed-term contract (renewed every 6 months)
Salary: 50,000-65,000 depending on experience
Visa sponsorship available
Start: January 2026 or earlier (interviews possible before year-end)
