Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Java-based applications and microservices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, DevOps, and QA to define, build, and ship new features. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the evolution of our backend systems. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers where applicable. Troubleshoot and debug issues across development, testing, and production environments. Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and release automation.

Required Skills & Experience

0 to 5 years of professional experience in

Java development

. Strong experience with

Java 8 or later

and core Java fundamentals. Hands-on experience with

Spring Framework

, particularly

Spring Boot

, Spring MVC, and Spring Data. Solid understanding of

RESTful APIs

,

microservices architecture

, and integration patterns. Proficiency in working with

relational databases

(e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or

NoSQL databases

(e.g., MongoDB). Experience with

version control systems

like Git. Familiarity with

unit testing

(JUnit, Mockito) and

integration testing

. Comfortable working in

Agile/Scrum

environments.
