Your role

In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required

End-to-end software development lifecycle in Java Knowledge of Object Orientated Programming/Design and associated concepts. Hands on experience of RESTFul web services development and API security Hands on experience on consuming RESTFul web services over TLS with mutual authentication Hands-on developing applications using Java 7/8 / JEE Hands-on experience on writing Junit with Mockito and code coverage Good experience of using Spring 3/4 (including knowledge across Core Spring Framework, Spring Boot) JEE/Java and Java based frameworks (e.g. Spring, Hibernate, Spring Batch etc) Knowledge of secure coding practice Good understanding of design patterns Experience in React.js.

Preferred

Deep understanding of the importance of code quality and the tools that can help the development communities monitor and maintain quality (e.g. SonarQube) Knowledge of CI/CD with Jenkins, GIT, Stash, Nexus, Maven etc Knowledge of Database like MongoDB, Oracle Knowledge of resolving performance issues within the API Experience in working with On-premises cloud or public cloud
