Wilkinson Environmental Ltd is a leading drainage and civil engineering contractor with over 30 years' experience in delivering high-quality drainage solutions. We specialise in drain lining, no-dig technology, CCTV surveys, commercial drain cleaning, drainage groundworks and civil engineering for water authorities, commercial and private clients.

Job Overview

We are seeking Jet Vac Operatives (HGV) to drive and operate our Jet Vac Units as part of a two to three man team working closely with CCTV Operatives carrying out drain unblocking, cleansing, CCTV surveys and investigation work across the Midlands and nationwide.

Schedule

Monday to Friday 47.5 hours Overtime available Competitive Rates of Pay Continuous development and further training provided

Key Responsibilities

Drive, maintain and ensure the Jet Vac unit is organised and fully equipped to carry out daily tasks Complete cleansing and record findings. Liaise directly with clients, team members and Project Managers. Proactively problem solve and solve on-site issues. Required to enter confined spaces and work within a sewage environment.

Essential Skills and Experience

Valid driving license - HGV Class 2 essential - HGV Class 1 desirable Minimum 3 years' experience operating Jet Vac Units Minimum 2 years' experience of commercial and domestic drainage Current CSCS/SHEA Water certification Current HPWJ High Pressure Water (WJA)Jetting certification Confined Spaces certification NRSWA (SLG) certification Emergency First Aid at Work certification A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
