We are seeking a detailed and driven candidate to join us in our Jewellery Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and processing insurance claims efficiently and accurately. The Claims handling role plays a vital part in ensuring claims are handled promptly, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Duties

Review incoming insurance claims for completeness and accuracy Enter claim data into the company's database with precision Verify claim information against policy details and supporting documentation Communicate with clients and policy holders and other relevant parties to gather additional information as needed Ensure all claims adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements Maintain organised records of processed claims for audit purposes Follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely resolution Assist in resolving discrepancies or issues related to claims processing Support team members with administrative tasks related to claims management

Experience

Previous Jewellery experience would be preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation Proficiency in using computer software, including MS Office applications and specialised claim processing systems Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
