The Role:

Jewellery Sales Assistant



We are looking for a committed and confident professional who thrives in a luxury retail environment. You will be instrumental in delivering an outstanding, personalised sales experience for our clientele, fostering lasting relationships built on trust and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Provide exceptional, one-to-one customer service, guiding clients through the selection and purchase of high-value jewellery.

Sales Performance:

Achieve and strive to exceed sales targets within a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Product Expertise:

Proactively expand your retail and product knowledge across our collections, including manufacture and design principles.

Brand Representation:

Act as an ambassador for Ian Gallacher Jewellers, maintaining impeccable standards of professionalism and presentation.

Team Collaboration:

Work effectively as part of our experienced sales team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive store environment.

Essential Requirements



We are dedicated to employing the right candidate who possesses the following:

Experience:

A minimum of

two years' proven experience

in either: One-to-one high-value customer sales (in any luxury or specialised retail sector). Direct experience within the jewellery industry (retail, manufacture, or design).

Customer Focus:

A natural ability to connect with people and deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Confidence & Commitment:

Highly confident, committed, and eager to take on new challenges and continuously expand knowledge.

Adaptability:

Comfortable and effective working in a fast-paced environment.

Working Schedule



Pattern:

5 days out of 7.

Fixed Days Off:

You will have

Sunday off

plus

one set day off

during the week.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 30,000.00 per year
