Role Overview
We're looking for a motivated, friendly, and detail-oriented person to join us as a Retail Sales & Operations Assistant. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, fashion jewellery environment, helping to deliver excellent customer service, support daily shop operations, and represent the Thatype brand in-store.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service: greet customers, advise on jewellery styles and care, assist with sales. Maintain shop floor presentation: display items attractively, restock, ensure the shop looks clean, organised, and inviting. Operations support: receive deliveries, stock-taking, inventory management, processing payments. Support merchandising efforts (window displays, in-store promotions). Assist with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and reconciliation. Work collaboratively with team to meet sales targets. Help ensure loss prevention and security measures are followed.
Requirements

At least

1 year

retail experience required. A strong interest in fashion, jewellery or accessories. Previous experience in a jewellery shop is a

bonus

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and an ability to multitask. Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure. Willingness to work

08:00 AM - 6:00 PM

(with the understanding that there may be variation depending on shift and store requirements).
