An opportunity has arisen for an Ecommerce & Retail assistant to join our small handmade jewellery company, on a full time temporary basis. We are currently seeking a candidate for a 6 month initial period with the potential of a permanent contract for the right candidate.
We are looking for a confident, diligent and motivated individual with the ability to manage and prioritise their own workload. The job role will include a customer facing role within our jewellery store, alongside packaging our online orders, replying to emails, answering the telephone and general office duties.
Retail and/or office based experience welcome. Confident customer facing and computer skills are essential.
Working hours are between 9am-5pm. Over the Christmas period these are extended 8:30-5:30.
5 days a week Monday - Friday during Aug - Oct and then Sunday - Thursday during Nov & Dec
13 per hour with a Christmas Bonus of 750.00 on completion of the contract
Must like dogs, as we have a workshop dog Oscar who is with us everyday.
Must be able to drive as we are located on Hatton Shopping Village with no public transport.

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
