JIB Gold Card Electrician

Introduction:

Flowing Construction Services has an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a JIB Gold Card Electrician. This role involves carrying out high-quality electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work across a range of domestic, commercial, and industrial projects within the North East and surrounding areas.

About the Role:

The successful candidate should possess and be able to demonstrate a combination of qualities including:

Valid JIB Gold Card (required) Strong electrical installation and testing experience Knowledge of current regulations, including the latest edition of BS 7671 Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team Full, clean driving licence Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safe working practices Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of the role will include all aspects of electrical work, including:

Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components Carrying out testing, inspection, and certification of electrical installations Diagnosing faults and providing efficient solutions Ensuring all work complies with relevant safety and industry standards Liaising with site teams, clients, and other contractors as required Maintaining accurate records and documentation for each job Supporting the wider operations team where necessary
