We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be completing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. You will play a crucial part in maintaining store standards, and fostering a positive shopping environment.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Train and mentor staff members to enhance their skills in sales techniques and product knowledge. Maintain organisational standards throughout the store, ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked. Closing of shop Monday - Thursday

Experience

Previous experience in a supervisory roles is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in communicating effectively with diverse teams; multilingual or bilingual capabilities are advantageous. Demonstrated ability to sell products and promote store initiatives successfully. Experience in team management, fostering a positive workplace culture while driving performance.

Full training will be given.

Hours per week:

Monday: 1.45pm - 5.45pm

Tuesday: 1.45pm - 5.45pm

Wednesday: 1.45pm - 5.45pm

Thursday: 1.45pm - 5.45pm

TOTAL HOURS: 16

Must be flexible to help cover holidays and busy periods, e.g school holidays.

Immediate start required

Rate of pay: NMW for your age +30p

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
