We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective B2B engagement and exceptional customer service. You will be the face of our company, building strong relationships with clients while promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Duties
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales objectives.
Manage a designated territory, ensuring timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends using IT tools.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Organise your schedule effectively to maximise time spent with customers while managing administrative tasks.
Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales or a related field is preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability in time management and organisational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
A valid driving licence is essential for travel within your designated territory.
