We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience, assisting with product inquiries, and driving sales through effective engagement with our clientele.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs. Provide detailed information about products, promotions, and services to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves and arranging merchandise effectively. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service. Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable. Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required. MUST HAVE A PASSION FOR GOLF THIS IS A MUST!
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 6 per week
