ProfileTree is an award-winning web design and digital marketing agency based in Belfast, helping our clients to generate leads and sales through structured digital strategy, sleek web design and engaging digital content. Due to continued growth, a number of exciting opportunities now exist to join our team as a Junior Digital Executive within our Client Services department.

Key Responsibilities include:
Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts
Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for your assigned clients, keeping them fully informed of project process and driving client retention
Support the project process for all of your assigned clients' projects
Collaborate with delivery teams to facilitate project delivery and ensure client satisfaction
Participate in client meetings, aiding in project review discussions and maintaining detailed project records
Record all projects elements and communications on the project management system
Record all projects elements and communications on the project management system
Contribute to the development, maintenance and sharing of clear project documentation throughout the life of the project, for clients and internal stakeholders
Essential Requirements
Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role
