The Opportunity

We're looking for a

Furniture Delivery Driver & Assembler

to join our friendly and dedicated team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working hands-on, takes pride in a job well done, and thrives on delivering a great customer experiences. Every day will bring a variety of different things, including meeting new people and ensuring our customers are delighted with their new furniture. Some days might even require a trip to the showroom to refresh a display or two.

What You'll Do

Safely deliver furniture to customers' homes, ensuring items arrive on time and in perfect condition.

Assemble furniture to a high standard, following manufacturer instructions and company guidelines.

Provide a professional, helpful, and friendly service to every customer, answering questions and resolving any concerns.

Keep accurate delivery and assembly records, ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly.

Take care of your vehicle, ensuring it's clean, well-maintained, and properly stocked.

Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times.

What We're Looking For

A full, valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.

Previous experience in furniture assembly (or a strong aptitude with tools and assembly work).

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

A team player who can also work independently.

Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy furniture.

Familiarity with hand and power tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour
