We are seeking enthusiastic Bar Staff to join us at Henley Royal Regatta, 1st - 6th July! As a vital part of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the hospitality industry, with the ability to manage time effectively and exhibit strong bartending skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure smooth operations. Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential. Good time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently. A friendly and approachable demeanour, with a willingness to help others. Knowledge of bartending techniques is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
