About Us
LTA is a specialist tower crane training company helping people start long-term, well-paid careers in construction.
We're not your typical training provider. We generate inbound leads through our YouTube channel, Crane Man (UK), and our digital campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and Google. We focus on high-quality training and smooth customer experiences.
The Role
We're hiring a driven, coachable sales professional to join us in August or September 2025. Your main role is to convert warm inbound leads into paid bookings, while helping customers feel confident and informed.
You'll be:
Making up to 100 warm calls per day to inbound leads
Responding to customer queries via email, phone, text, and social media
Guiding customers through the enrollment process for our training programs
Using your sales skills to close bookings and deliver real value

Key Details
Location: Central London
Hours: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 4 to 5 days per week (we're flexible)
Start date: ASAP (August or September 2025)
Contract type: Full-time or zero hours, depending on what suits you
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Tech-savvy and confident using tools like CRMs, Gmail, and Google Docs
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication
Experienced in sales and confident on the phone
Motivated, ambitious, and excited to grow with a startup
