Job Summary

Barrett Industrial Cooling Limited specialises in the:

"construction, maintenance, repair, refurbishment, inspection and deconstruction of industrial cooling towers including the supply of parts and skilled labour."

We deliver projects across the UK and Europe, working with major industrial clients to the highest safety and quality standards. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, we are looking to grow our team across multiple levels.

Roles Available

Erectors

Hands-on role, requiring site experience and commitment to safety.
Supervisors / Foremen

Leading small to large erection teams, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality compliance. Managing daily task allocation, toolbox talks, and RAMS adherence. Reporting progress to Construction Managers and assisting with inspections.
Construction Managers

Overall responsibility for site delivery of cooling tower projects. Customer-facing role, managing schedules, resourcing, and subcontractors. Ensuring compliance with ITPs, QA/QC procedures, and health & safety regulations.
Requirements

Previous experience in construction, engineering, or industrial cooling towers is highly desirable. Supervisory/management applicants must demonstrate proven leadership skills. Ability to work to technical drawings and follow strict QC and HSE procedures. Flexibility to work away from home on UK and European sites (essential). Valid CSCS/CCNSG card and relevant site certifications (SSSTS/SMSTS, Working at Height, Confined Spaces, Telehandler/MEWP operator etc.) advantageous.

Pay: 15.61-31.83 per hour

Expected hours: 13 - 20 per week
