Bar/Service Staff - Crybaby (Edinburgh)

From 12.60/hr, rising after 6 months o Part-time & Full-time

Crybaby is the newest bar from the Tiny Cup Collective (Nightcap, St Vincent, Nip's). We are about wings, cocktails and good times: bold flavours, bright colours, music and energy.

We are building our crew and our reputation, and we are looking for enthusiastic, reliable people to help shape what Crybaby becomes. You will be serving food and drinks, keeping standards sharp, and helping us create the atmosphere we are known for. Cocktail experience is an advantage, but attitude and personality are what matter most.

Energy and enthusiasm. People who bring good vibes to every shift. Reliability. The team depends on each other. Confidence with guests. Engage, chat, make people feel welcome. Pride in standards. Fun and casual does not mean sloppy. An interest in cocktails and good drinks. Ours are big, bold and fruit-forward. Team spirit. No egos, no passengers.

What we are offering

From 12.60/hr for all staff, regardless of age. Pay rise after 6 months based on performance. Tips & Service Charge shared fairly across the team. Both part-time and full-time available.
