We're looking for a
skilled and reliable Carpenter/Joiner
to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in carpentry and joinery who takes pride in producing high-quality work and is looking to grow within a supportive, skilled team.About the Role:
You'll be involved in a wide range of
residential and commercial projects
, from bespoke joinery and detailed finishing to general carpentry work. No two jobs are the same, and we value craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.We're also excited to offer
training in traditional oak framing
, giving you the chance to develop specialist skills and contribute to the creation of stunning oak frame buildings -- a unique and rewarding aspect of what we do.What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in carpentry and/or joinery (minimum 3 years preferred) Ability to work independently and as part of a team High standard of workmanship and attention to detail Comfortable interpreting technical drawings and plans Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude Full UK driving licence (essential) Own tools and CSCS card (preferred, but not essential)
