to join our growing developments team. The ideal candidates will have a solid background in joinery/carpentry and take

workmanship. With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, this is a potential long-term opportunity for those seeking greater job security. Our current team members have been with us for 2-4 years, and we're now looking to expand. The role will include a company van.

Responsibilities

Confidently read site plans and follow instructions. Use hand and power tools effectively to complete a wide range of tasks. Ensure all work is plumb, level, and square, adhering to specifications and high-quality standards. Collaborate with other trades, including electricians, plumbers, and fellow joiners, to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

Proven experience in joinery or a related field. Competent in the safe and effective use of hand and power tools. Strong understanding of construction methods and techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. Physically fit and capable of handling heavy materials when required. A valid driver's licence
