Responsibilities:

- Carry out various joinery tasks, including installation, repairs, maintenance, and renovations.

- Work with a wide range of materials, such as wood, laminate, and composite materials, to construct and fit structures, fixtures, furniture, and other items.

- Accurately interpret drawings, and specifications to ensure precise measurements and quality finishes.

- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as joiners, electricians, and plumbers, to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and adhere to company policies and procedures.

- Maintain a clean and organised work area, taking responsibility for tools and equipment.

- Identify and report any issues, risks, or improvements in project plans, materials, or processes.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Joiner or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and expertise.

- Solid knowledge of joinery techniques, materials, and tools.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings, and technical specifications.

- Excellent woodworking skills, including cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors.

- A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

- Valid driving license preferred.
