Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Joiner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery and carpentry, with the ability to fabricate and assemble various wooden structures and components. This role requires proficiency in using hand tools and power tools, as well as the capability to perform heavy lifting. The Joiner will work on a variety of projects, including 1st and 2nd fix joinery, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble wooden structures, including doors, windows, and frames. Ensure all joinery work is plumb and level, adhering to project specifications. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks. Carry out heavy lifting as required during the construction process. Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, following health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience in joinery or carpentry is essential. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
