Skilled Joiner Required - Join Our Growing Team

About Us:

Matthew Elkington Joinery is a small, family-run business based in Friskney. We're a tight-knit team of four, and thanks to continued growth, we're looking to bring on a skilled joiner to help us keep up with demand.

Our work is varied -- from straightforward property maintenance through to detailed bespoke joinery, including work on listed and historic buildings. We take pride in doing things properly, with a focus on quality, service, and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For:

We're after someone with solid joinery experience who can hit the ground running. You'll need to be adaptable and confident across a wide range of work, from repairs and installations to made-to-measure pieces.

We're a small team, so you'll need to be reliable, professional, and easy to get along with. A good sense of humour definitely helps.

Requirements:

Skilled and experienced joiner NVQ Level 2 minimum, or at least 5 years time-served A good working knowledge of different joinery tasks High standards of workmanship and a keen eye for detail Full, clean UK driving licence Able to work independently and as part of a team Friendly and down-to-earth -- someone who'll fit in well
