Key Responsibilities:

Renovation and Repair:

Assess and repair damaged wooden structures, including door frames, window sills, and floors to restore properties to their best condition.

Fitting and Installation:

Install new fixtures such as kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and interior doors, enhancing the functionality and appeal of each space.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure all work meets safety regulations, addressing any structural issues to provide a secure environment.

Collaboration:

Work alongside other tradespeople, including plumbers and electricians, to coordinate renovations seamlessly.

Site Cleanup:

Maintain a tidy and safe work area, removing debris and ensuring the property is ready for the next stage of renovation.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Joiner or Carpenter. Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and machinery relevant to the trade. Knowledge of electrical systems is advantageous for integrated projects. Ability to perform masonry work when required. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. MUST HOLD VALID CSCS CARD AND TRADE PAPERS Capability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately. Good physical fitness as the role may involve lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods. A valid driver's license is preferred for transportation to various job sites. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. CIS or PAYE considered. Long term work available

Pay: 17.00-25.00 per hour
