Company Details
We are large residential property letting company (established 40 years) who carry out maintenance and refurbishment only on our own portfolio of properties in the Leeds/Hull areas our current contract customers include G4S, Miers, Lcc, Target Housing and many other Charities in the area
We also maintain our own private tenancies
Duties:
- We are looking for a joiner to join our team,
First and second fix joinery
Full kitchen installations Internal, external fire doors and frames Architrave and skirting boards Replacement of timber joists and hangers Building of stud walls for corridors and bathrooms Tanking of cellar walls and floors Installation of new double glazed windows Building of new dormer roofs
Joinery Maintenance
Changes of locks and door handles Repairs to kitchen units and replacing kitchen sinks Small woks plumbing, replacement of taps Replacement of tiles and grout Temporary boarding of broken doors and windows Ordering and replacement of double glazed units Patch plastering an advantage

Pay: From 19.00 per hour
