Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Joiner / Management Joiner to join our team. This role involves leading and executing a variety of projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will be computer literate and have a strong background in joinery. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth within the company.
Responsibilities
Must have experience with all aspects of joinery and manufacturing Lead and manage joinery projects and site fitters Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Read technical drawings / architects drawings if required Install fixtures such as doors, windows, cabinets, mouldings, and other structural components Carry out Health and Safety checks on site Conduct restoration work including water damage remediation, plastering, stucco application, rebar installation, metal stud framing, and general renovation projects Collaborate with managers to ensure timely completion of projects within specifications Maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site at all times
