We're looking for a skilled and reliable Joiner to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a variety of residential and commercial projects, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality workmanship.

Role Overview:

As a Joiner, you'll be responsible for building, fitting, and repairing wooden structures and fixtures. You'll work closely with other trades and site managers to ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, assemble, and fit timber components for walls, floors, doors, windows, and frameworks. Install skirting boards, architraves, staircases, doors, and other internal and external joinery elements. Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and job specifications. Repair and maintain existing woodwork and structural components. Operate a range of hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Maintain clean, tidy, and safe work areas. Work collaboratively with site teams, supervisors, and clients to achieve project goals. Comply with all site health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Joiner or Carpenter in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of joinery methods, materials, and finishing techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent attention to detail and quality control. Good communication and teamwork skills. Own tools and reliable transport preferred. Must registered under the Construction Industry Scheme

Starting wage 150 depending on experience - to be discussed
